Hayya, LLC has established a Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Policy (“EEO”).
This policy applies to all aspects of the relationship between Hayya and its employees, including but not limited to: recruitment, employment, termination, compensation, promotions, transfers, training, working conditions, benefits, and administration of policies.
It applies to independent contractors, temporary employees, all personnel working with Hayya, and any other persons or firms doing business for or with Hayya. Any individual found to have violated this policy will lose access to the Hayya Platform.
Where local laws require or allow services to be provided to specific categories of persons, such services are considered permissible under this policy.
Hayya shall not tolerate, under any circumstances, any form of discrimination based on race, religion, color, age, disability, pregnancy, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, veteran or military status, domestic violence victim status, national origin, political affiliation, sex, genetic characteristics, geographic location, or any other status protected by applicable law.
For qualified people with disabilities, Hayya will make every effort to provide reasonable workplace accommodations that comply with applicable laws.
In transportation services:
Discrimination against Riders or Drivers is strictly prohibited.
Associated drivers and employees must not deny, directly or indirectly, any person full and equal enjoyment of the services of the Hayya Platform.
Examples of prohibited discriminatory conduct include:
Refusing to pick up a Rider based on protected characteristics (including Riders with service animals).
Forcing a Rider to leave a vehicle based on protected characteristics.
Using derogatory or harassing language.
Refusing service to specific neighborhoods or geographic areas.
Hayya is committed to providing a work environment free from harassment. Unwanted behavior that creates an intimidating, hostile, or humiliating environment is strictly prohibited. Harassment may be verbal, non-verbal, explicit, or implicit, and based on any protected characteristic.
Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal/physical conduct of a sexual nature are prohibited, including but not limited to:
Making employment decisions based on acceptance/rejection of such conduct.
Creating a hostile, intimidating, or offensive work environment.
Making inappropriate comments, jokes, or sharing explicit material at work or in connection with Hayya.
Hayya seeks to increase the fair representation and participation of underrepresented groups wherever possible.

Reports will be handled promptly, fairly, and as confidentially as possible. Timely reporting is encouraged to prevent recurrence and ensure effective resolution.
Hayya strictly prohibits retaliation against any person who reports harassment or discrimination in good faith. False or malicious allegations will be treated seriously.
Any employee or contractor engaging in prohibited behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationship.
Where employment discrimination is verified, remedies may include:
Back pay, reinstatement, promotion, or hiring.
Reasonable accommodations.
Other corrective actions as deemed appropriate.
